In 1993 Howden Fans bought Buffalo Forge Company. In the acquisition they closed Canada Pumps. In 2003 Howden acquired Canada Pumps. Buffalo Pumps acquired the inventory and records.
Buffalo Pumps, Inc. has been a supplier to the pump industry for well over a 100 years, and has a long history with Canada Pumps through previous ownerships.
